We’re in search of a driven, motivating Sales & Marketing Manager to help our team achieve our sales goals and drive business revenue while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for setting our sales strategy and targets, cultivating our sales staff, evaluating their progress, and ensuring we hit our sales goals. Responsibilities: • Demonstrated success in growing and achieving business sales goals • Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we reach our team goals • Assists in training and mentoring a team of sales associates for ongoing success and future growth. • Identify new sales opportunities and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls. • Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business • Supporting day to say reception duties of checking in/out clients, scheduling and answer phones as needed for busy pet resort • Oversee, develop, and schedule networking/community events and in-house marketing events • Oversee strategic marketing initiatives with our social marketing posts and campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc) to generate new customer leads • Oversee Website management • Oversee Create Digital Marketing Content • Oversee Brand building and management • Create written reports for clients about their pets to include photos and dialouge • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including developing new streams of revenue /services • Greets customers enthusiastically with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the resort. • Leads by example while maintaining proper dress code and attitude when talking to customers, and other employees. • Accurately follows daily checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities. • Maintains exceptional cleanliness and organization of office spaces. • Delivers timely follow up and follow through activities with all current and prospective customers. • Responds to customer requests, inquiries and concerns with a high sense of urgency.

Soft Skills:

• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone. • Must be solution-based and results oriented with a competitive spirit. • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. • Solid writing and grammar skills. • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. • Proficiency with computers and POS software. • Assists in leading, coaching, and developing team members while fostering an environment of accountability, mutual respect and collaboration. • Provides and maintains the highest level of customer service. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills • Proven track record of sales success Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
