Title: Director, MarketingReports to: VP, Marketing

Desired Experience:• Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field• 5+ years of related experience

Role Summary:The Marketing Director is responsible for the oversight and execution of our corporate marketing strategies and supporting senior leadership in the development and rollout of new strategies as determined by leadership. This position works to support our Market Leaders as directed by leadership in the support of key win pursuits. This is accomplished by managing all marketing operations of the organization, including the development, planning, and execution of various marketing programs and key initiatives. The Marketing Director is responsible for the management and professional development of the marketing staff.

Qualifications:• Successful track record in a senior marketing role and campaign creation• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills• Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:• Drive the organization's brand strategy, including assisting with redefining and aligning It with the strategic plan.• Oversight of the Marketing team employee's development and performance• Recruitment management and development of the marketing team Associates.• Understand and guide efforts in graphic design, website creation and maintenance, and oversee event strategy, coordination, and execution.• Oversee and manage the Marketing workload, prioritize tasks, set due dates for deliverables, and manage other projects and tasks with resourcefulness and a forward-thinking mindset.• Assess the business needs and align Marketing resources to support the goals.• Liaison with various areas of the organization to ensure that the marketing department's objectives and efforts align with the organization's goals.• Support client engagement and proposal production, structure marketing and win-pursuit initiatives, and build and manage a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.• Create, source, and edit copy for marketing pieces, articles, and communications, and compile lists that describe the company's offerings.• Develop comprehensive and cohesive messaging for the brand, offering, and value proposition, and communicate branding and marketing requirements to Manufacturing partners• Developing and understanding finance and budgets to include research and development appropriations, expenditures, and profit-loss projections.• Develop and deliver cost-effective solutions with limited resources (funding and staff)• Communicate our branding and/or marketing requirements to our Manufacturing partners.• Provide training to ensure the team is consistently performing above standard• Robust copywriting skills | Exceptional written/verbal communication, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.• Develop a consistent external marketing communication strategy via print, online, and social media.• Maximize website performance, track keyword rankings, and implement SEO strategies.• Oversee the company's social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.• Conduct market research and stay abreast of competitor positioning.• Listen and engage in relevant social discussions about company products and services.
