About the OpportunityDMI is seeking a

UX / UI Designer

to join us.

ROLE & TEAM

UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping the digital experiences that users interact with daily. They bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that products not only look good but also provide meaningful and enjoyable experiences for users. The Sr. UI/UX Designer will be a subject matter expert in creating products that enhance a users experiences. This role is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered design solutions for all levels of products and digital initiatives using research/data to create wireframes, flows and prototypes.

QualificationsEducation and Years of Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the related field.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Familairity with Dyamics PowerPage capabilities highly preferred.

Effectively communicate design concepts, strategy, and the rationale behind design decisions.

Work on a wide variety of marketing land page projects.

Collaborate with various internal teams to understand business requirements.

Build wireframes to conceptualize landing page designs to accurately convey the user journey.
