The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts and proposal development process. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software.Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and editing of written content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materialsCoordinate with team members to gather necessary information and materials for proposal developmentFormat and design proposal documents and marketing materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe softwareProofread and ensure the accuracy and quality of all written materialsMaintain proposal and marketing collateral libraries, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessibleAssist in the management of proposal timelines and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of proposalsConduct research to support proposal development and business development effortsProvide general administrative support to the communications and business development teams as neededQualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and qualityProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challengesExperience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry is preferred1-3 years of experienceBachelor's degree preferredComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings planOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentA positive work environment with a collaborative and supportive teamHourly position annualized to $65,000Relocation package not availableThis is NOT a remote position, the position is out of our Scottsdale Corporate Office.
