SUMMARY:

This at-will full-time position works in conjunction with partnership marketing managers to execute partner activation sheets and provide excellent customer service and maintain outstanding relationships with existing partnership clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The following list of functions describes the work to be performed but should not be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, functions or tasks the job may require.Works with assigned Business Development Director to identify prospects, conduct research, prep materials (i.e., presentations, one-sheets, etc.), and attend meetings with potential clientsExecutes completed corporate sponsorship contracts including implementation of all partnership elements sold to partners.Manages the execution and implementation of multiple partnership elements including radio, broadcast, digital, mobile app, outdoor, on-premise signage, print, public relations, sweepstakes, promotions, talent activations, product placement, branding, cobranded merchandise, event marketing, etc.)Monitors sponsor assets inventory to ensure rate cards are followed and quantities are adhered to as it relates to client partners' proposals and finalized contracts.Compiles asset performance results data (via client-facing presentations, spreadsheets, etc.) for each assigned partnership account and takes initiative in providing recommendations based on analysis to optimize client performance, achieve client KPIs, and explore upselling opportunities.Creates mid-season reviews and end-of-season reviews with all existing clients to ensure contract success.Reviews the sponsorship budget and ensure profitability is achieved.Leverages relevant organization software, platforms, tools, and resources to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities.Stays abreast of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) commercial guidelines to ensure client contracts are representative and aligned with guidelines.Participates in designated URFC internal, cross-functional department, 3rd party partner, and/or league meetings.Manages and oversees relationships of outside vendors and contractors involved in the production of partnership assets.Plans and implements all Partner-related trips, events, and gifts.Assist in all Game Day activities, activations, and promotions (Utah Royals, Real Salt Lake, and Monarchs)Assist with partner activations during games, community engagements, and other partner-sponsored events throughout the year.Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

2+ years of experience in sales or sponsorships in the sports or entertainment industry (professional sports experience preferred), or 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, advertising, or marketingBasic computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Market Line.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externallyAbility to effectively manage a high level of detail across multiple clients and projectsAbility to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectivenessAbility to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessaryAbility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams' schedules.Ability to pass a background check and become Safe Sport certifiedPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in sports sponsorship.Post-secondary degree in marketing, sports management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, typing, etc.
