Marketing Coordinator

is responsible for implementing the company's marketing activities, including digital and social media campaigns under the direction of the Director of Communications and Chief Marketing Officer. This position will help develop and execute marketing and digital media initiatives focused on driving online and live course sales while increasing LSVT Global brand awareness within target populations.Marketing duties

(domestic and international as needed):Participate in the planning, development, design, and tracking of marketing campaigns to drive course and product sales with both current and new prospectsWork closely with Director of Communications to translate content and campaigns into actionable marketing events/items with scheduled timelinesUse HubSpot, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital media tools to market to and communicate with current customers and new prospectsExplore and create advertising or marketing opportunities with local, national and international occupational, physical and speech therapy associations, including print or online ads, conferences, email or direct mail campaigns, in addition to other opportunities which may not be listed here.Turn the team's ideas into basic marketing copy (digital or print) which is attractive, legible, readable, captures the attention of readers and matches the style of LSVT GlobalCreate and distribute monthly and quarterly newslettersProofread content as a first or second set of eyes with the goal of no errorsMaintain a current understanding of marketing best practices and recommend new tactics for the team's considerationProvide feedback and reports to management on the effectiveness of digital media campaigns to help the team gauge return on investmentDesigning the marketing collateral and signage for events, conferences, and trade showsOther various marketing, design or editing tasks as assignedSocial Media duties :Oversee company social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.Work as part of a team to coordinate and organize compelling digital content that engages patients, families, the medical community, and current and potential cliniciansIncrease social media presence, followers, likes and other interaction metricsImplement marketing campaigns for online and live courses, events, webinars and products with digital media strategyCreate and schedule social media posts on a weekly basisMonitor social media accounts for questions and commentsJob Requirements :Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing/business experienceExcellent communication skills; including writing, proof-reading and speakingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills, by email, in person and by phone, with high professionalismAbility to accomplish projects with little supervision and great attention to detailFantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for qualityProficient using the latest versions of HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms and web browsersExperience, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required; and other creative software such as Canva, Camtasia, etc. highly desirableAble to bring creative ideas to the table to improve overall market presenceAbility to take direction and provide responsive feedback to/from management team
