eCommerce Marketing Manager

at Inno Supps, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence, improving conversion rates, and managing web developer projects. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to enhance our landing pages, conduct A/B tests, and ensure the smooth execution of web development projects. Job Responsibilities:Assist Marketing Director with Landing Page Optimization such as collaborate with the Marketing Director to identify opportunities for improving the design and content of landing pages and implement best practices for landing page optimization to enhance user experience and drive conversions.Organize and Manage Web Developer Projects such as acting as a liaison between the marketing team and web developers, ensuring effective communication and project coordination, define project scope, objectives, and requirements, monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the proper implementation of website changes and improvements.A/B Test Landing Pages, Pre + Post Purchase, and Cart such as, plan, set up, and management of A/B tests for various landing pages and shopping cart pages to gather data and insights, analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations for improving landing page and cart performance, with a focus on both pre and post-purchase upsell opportunities.Qualifications:

Knowledgeable in using the Shopify platform.Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).A/B testing experience is a plus.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
