Primary Responsibilities

Provide sales route administration and database managementAssist with ERP (Emergency Ready Program) file completion and database managementProvide marketing administration including referral source follow-upMaintain Franchise web and social media sitesCOI (center of influence) and facility researchMaintain key account target list and provide researchProvide brand and marketing coordination, including advertisement placement and trackingProvide newsletters and e-blast coordinationCoordinate all public relations programs and eventsMaintain sales materials along with office suppliesPosition Requirements

Two years' experience with sales and marketing support preferredSuperb customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skillsExperience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desiredWorking knowledge of current business software technologies is requiredExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to multi-taskAssociate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experienceAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawBenefits

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
