Job DescriptionThis Analyst will focus on our Customer Engage Platform and other enterprise software to improve associate experiences. This role is responsible for creating an inclusive experience by guiding to improve usability and accessibility for customers and prospective customers who use assistive technologies. The candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with business groups and UX Research team. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders so they understand the why behind design decisions. Provides accessibility expert guidance to UX Design, UX Content, UX Engineers and Technology developers,
