Senior Art Director
We are looking for a strong, independent and collaborative
Senior Art Director
who will be responsible for developing concepts & visual assets. We are looking for someone with innovative artistic design skills and outstanding visual understanding.
What you need to succeed:
The ability to create high quality artistic, engaging assets with an eye for detail and a clean, sophisticated aestheticA keen understanding/awareness of brand appropriate aesthetic, culture and audience when creating assetsAbility to evaluate, develop and contribute to the overall design strategy and execution of all creativeCollaboration with team in brainstorm sessions and help push creative concepts that resonate with client audienceAbility to work collaboratively within a fast paced scheduleExceptional attention to detail and process; Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skillsSolid concepting and design abilities that support client directionConfident, articulate presentation skills to effectively deliver creativeCan understand and appropriately translate client brand guidelinesDemonstrate critical thinking to your ideation, concepts and designWillingly answer questions within the team and offer helpReceive, weigh, and integrate diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary groupExperience
7-10 years of work experience in this fieldAbility to collaborate & leverage the knowledge of others-Work well as part of the team and beyond.Must have a strong artistic background in concept development and executionPortfolio that reflects strong artistic design concepts, exceptional design sensibility and attention to detail with a sophisticated, clean aestheticBachelor degree in Art and Design or equivalent
