Job Description

As a graphic designer at Gallup, you'll bring ideas and stories to life for Gallup and our clients. By asking great questions and listening to clients' unique needs, you'll create powerful designs and data visualizations that perfectly convey their brand and message.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and layout of a variety of materials, such as brochures, reports, presentations, ads, learning materials and social media imagery. Working in Adobe Creative Cloud and the Microsoft Office suite, you'll partner with a team of engaged coworkers to produce outstanding deliverables, such as client-branded reports and deliverables for our various clients and global partner organizations. What you need:Minimum of an associate degree in graphic design, communication arts or a related field or the equivalent in education and experience requiredAt least three years of in-house design experience or professional design experience for a creative agency or professional service organization requiredExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office requiredAbility to work on-site at Gallup's Chicago office at least three days per week requiredEligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorshipWhat we offer:

Gallup offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $55,000-$65,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors including an individual's education, experience and skills.
