Our Baltimore office is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing and business development efforts of our architecture firm. This position involves a combination of tasks related to marketing and project coordination.

About the PositionWork with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages and presentationsLead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentationsMaintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplatesMaintain and update project and staff information in firm’s database, Deltek VisionMaintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in firm’s database, Deltek VisionAssist in project updates on the firm’s websiteAbout You

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture or construction industryStrong written and verbal communication skillsSkilled writer with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, editing and proofingAbility to work independently and manage multiple, concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPointExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of the architecture and design industry a plusKnowledge of Deltek Vision software a plusAbout Our Benefits
