Job Details
Provide direct support to the Director of Sales & Marketing in handling all preclosing procedures efficiently and accurately and implement and control an agreed upon advertising and marketing plan that leads to the profitability of the company.
Manage all required buyer documentation from contract to close in a manner that provides an excellent experience for Grant’s homebuyers and is readily available to all Grant team members.KPI – Are customer processes being followed for every home from contract to close?
Take all necessary steps to ensure all pricing information provided to the closing attorney is accurate.KPI – Yes or No
Be responsible for making sure that all marketing materials of the sales department are accurate and up to date.KPI – Are all marketing materials up to date and readily available to team members
Create, implement and manage the annual advertising and marketing planKPI – Is the marketing plan being managed and results reported?
Be an expert in NewStar Sales for the Sales Team. – KPI – Are they able to fully train new agents, enter new starts, maintain pricing and pull reports?KPI- Y or N.
PrerequisitesProficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
Administrative experience preferred.Four year degree in marketing or related field
