Or Zug, Switzerland .Travel %: 10Pay: $113,000- $195,000What you will doThe Sr. Manager, HCP Marketing, Aveeno and Dermatologists , leads the development and execution of engagement and content strateg ies to drive recommendation share among Dermatologists across the Kenvue portfolio and specifically for Aveeno and Rogaine brands across markets.This role is a member of the global Brand team, responsible for H ealthcare Professional driven business outcome and OKRs. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the global brand to bring HCP insights and perspectives to Category Visioning, Portfolio Management and New Product Development. This role also collaborates with Scientific Engagement, Customer Development, Medical Affairs, CBI and local teams to drive consistent deployment of HCP content, claims, and initiatives.The Sr. Manager and global Brand team will work with markets to articulate priorities and an overall HCP Marketing investment model, tied to scaled omnichannel marketing deployment. This role also develops omnichannel communication toolkits within content effectiveness best practices, and facilities effective market co-creation and transcreation of materials, KOL management and cost-efficient and streamlined workflows and ways of working.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop HCP strategy by brand : role in the consumer journey, impact on brand penetration and NTS, strategic communication territories and cl ai ms , competitive benchmarking and metrics, as well as target audience needs and portfolio approach for cross-portfolio useDevelop omnichannel communications toolkit of assets to be deployed by marketsD efin e benefits HCPs can expect from our product or service, execution & deployment , including sample strategiesBuild Scientific pipeline (in partnership with Scientific engagement): map plans for research, advisory boards, science that sells, publications, continuous medical educationDevelop g lobal and regional Congress plans and execution, as well as full calendar, mapping impactful events to support (world days, professional events, etc.)Own and build s ponsorship/partnership/KOL plans (in partnership with Scientific engagement)Drive KPI Improvement, incl. Share of recommendation, Rank of recommendationOwn and develop c ontent strategy, toolkit and m essaging map: provided to markets per brand, segment and key initiativeRepresents Kenvue at relevant external industry forums , and s tay up-to-date on category trends and emerging technologiesWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsA BA/BS degree in marketing or Life scienceA minimum of 8 years of years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership in HCP or life science related areaStrong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including the application of data, tools and creative to drive actionProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problemsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-makingProven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organizationExceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative business cases and modelsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with brand teams and agency ecosystemDesired QualificationsCategory expertise and experience working across markets/ regionsExperience leading HCP MarketingExperience working with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and global partnersExperience in market research and analysis, including voice of the customerPassion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomesExperience in Agile methodologiesWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $113,000- $195,000 .
