Koch is seeking a

Communications and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications and marketing strategy, brand development, and relationship management.

In this role, you will primarily support the Koch Disruptive Technologies (KDT) business. This support includes internal and external communications, brand development and management, and community engagement. You will have the opportunity to partner with multiple teams across the company as you advance KDT's communications and marketing priorities.

You will help to create a community of highly motivated, vision-aligned entrepreneurs and strategic partners who are operating or contributing to profitable businesses and playing an outsized role in creating recurring, strategic, and mutually beneficial value for KDT by becoming true brand ambassadors for KDT and the broader Koch ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Advance KDT's brand strategy, including social, website, press releases, and other needed content.Develop and execute KDT's relationship management strategy including prioritization, positioning, and best practices.Develop and execute KDT partnerships and events (ex., The KDT Founders Summit, staff engagements, and partner events).Build and maintain relationships with key business contacts and industry stakeholders.Analyze market trends and leverage key insights to inform strategic direction and positioning.Work alongside the Data & Analytics team to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and business results and integrate learnings into future strategy.Work closely with the copy, design, video, web development, and project management teams to lead and support business marketing initiatives across Koch.Advise on various creative assets, including design, copy, reporting dashboards, etc.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Demonstrated experience leading strategies in marketing, communications, or related field.Experience analyzing data and trends to develop actionable marketing strategies.Experience communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience developing creative and innovative approaches to marketing for digital and traditional marketing channels.What Will Put You Ahead

Experience or knowledge with the investment community (e.g., Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital).Partnership engagement and event coordinator experience.Ability to identify and operationalize vision-advancing strategies and motivate a team to execute them.Ability to clearly articulate our vision and strategies to internal and external partners to drive action.Strong prioritization, collaboration, and teamwork skills to execute against the highest value opportunities.Ability to lead complex projects at a high level of quality and hold others accountable.
