We are seeking a skilled and experienced Search Engine Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a Search Engine Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute effective SEO strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and search engine rankings. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization and content creation. Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink analysis. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, and provide regular performance reports. Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all website content is optimized for search engines and aligned with keyword strategies. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly. Conduct regular website audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented on the website. Work with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with other digital marketing efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in search engine optimization. In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools. Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
