We are looking for an experienced Landing Page and Graphic Designer to work on design tasks including creation of Unbounce landing pages, social media / display ads and supporting web graphics. You must be a highly creative individual with a passion for using modern design concepts and employing best-in-class design standards across all tasks.

Responsibilities:Conceptualize and design visually appealing, conversion-optimized landing pages using Unbounce and other drag-and-drop landing page buildersDevise and conduct strategic A/B tests of landing pages to drive consistent, ongoing improvement of conversion ratesAdd pre-built scripts to landing pages to add interactive elements and advanced featuresAnalyze heat maps and session recordings to get performance insights and come up with changes to improve the pagesCreate enticing social media ads and display banner ads, and test different variants concurrently to achieve the best performanceAdd eye catching headlines, calls-to-action and other hero content to landing pages to engage visitorsDesign icons, banners and other supporting graphic elements for landing pages
Requirements:6-8 years experience developing landing pages using tools such as Unbounce5+ years experience creating banner ads, icons and other graphics elements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other toolsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavascriptOutstanding communication skills with excellent command of the written english languageAbility to write enticing and engaging marketing copy for banner ads and landing page headlinesHighly organized and process oriented with meticulous attention to detail
