Job LocationCincinnatiJob DescriptionAs the Beauty Care Media Planning Specialist, you will:Assist with the preparation, development, execution, and monitoring of media plans for the category+ Manage flowcharts, monthly budgets, authorizations, delivery recaps, competitive analyses, and billing+ Manage billing reconciliation with buying agency+ Pull and format reporting data from various platforms including MediaTools, DCM+ Create and maintain records of plans, insertion orders, schedules, etc.+ Responsible for billing reconciliation with buying agency including Proof of Performance process+ Other responsibilities as needed; assembly of presentation materials, meeting setup, coordination with outside suppliers where relevant and other administrative tasks+ Assist in the evaluation of media opportunitiesJob Qualifications+ Bachelor’s Degree+ 1+ years Agency Experience working with clients who have significant national advertising and experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or other fast-moving, consumer facing spaces are preferred+ Experience in TV/video, mobile, banner, search, social, publishing, programmatic and branded entertainment.+ Working understanding of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying/investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, publishing, programmatic buying, reserve digital, social and search.+ Strong math and analytical skills+ Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)+ Ability to learn server-based software and toolsCompensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
