In this vital role you will play a critical role in developing a partnership with agencies, media and marketing teams to optimize media strategies, provide analytics supporting all media spend, media targeting, performance measurement, and guide the test & learn agenda.Responsibilities:+ Lead and manage the ongoing media and campaign analytics to ensure that it is consistent with the goals defined by measurement framework and ongoing optimizations lead to concrete insights.+ Define processes and find opportunities to create efficiencies that allow media and data science teams to focus on beneficial work.+ Defining a methodology to connect optimizing and leading metrics with lagging critical metrics. This may include working with other members of the decision science teams on marketing mix projects on a monthly and quarterly basis that helps to understand the effectiveness of the omnichannel media performance.+ Develop an internal communication tool for a wide range of partners that provides an ongoing read on all media and campaign performance. This may include reports and dashboards.+ Implement/create digital campaign analytics - including audience analysis, digital persona development, omnichannel customer journey development, test-and-learn campaign testing, analytics around content and channel affinity, and optimal sequencing of touchpoints.**Win****What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
