They will manage the collection and analysis of data, including gathering web, email, and social media analytics and preparing scenarios about the potential success of campaigns and initiatives. This role will assist with assessment of spend results and tracking progress against a set timeline. Additionally, they will use the data to identify target audiences, explore market trends and opportunities and track and evaluate performance of all marketing campaigns on all multi-media channels and platforms.Pay Range:$63,700 - $95,650 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Details to be shared during the offer process.Essential Functions:• Manages and is responsible for processes to turn data into insights while synthesizing and clearly communication analysis both written and verbal.• Manages and is responsible for the development of data collection analysis tools and processes to evaluate and optimize all marketing strategies and plans across all multi-media platforms.• Manages and is responsible for evolving our data pipeline, reporting, and monitoring.• Manages and is responsible for demand generation by maintaining reports and dashboards that provide a clear understanding of customer acquisition costs and campaign effectiveness.• Recommends and conducts communications market research in support of all corporate strategies.• Manages and is responsible for alternative methods of analyzing marketing performance and opportunities for new data collection approaches and techniques.• Responsible for making marketing recommendations based on the data collected.• Responsible for understanding consumer behavior and forecasting marketing trends and providing conclusions of data to apply to future marketing communications strategies, tactics, and plans.• Understanding data available throughout the organization and leveraging it to build insightful dashboards to understand the prospect to customer journey and improve marketing ROI.Additional Responsibilities:• Support special projects as requested.• Other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, data science; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.• Minimum of (3) three years of experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field required.What Is Desired Or Can Be Taught:• Strong strategic thinker with strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on data insights.• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Bi.• Ability to maintain proficiency and inspire change as processes, systems and software evolves.• Dedication to outstanding customer service for internal clients, teammates, and external customers.• Ability to analyze complex issues, interpret and communicate them in a concise, understandable format to multiple audiences.• Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasive skills.• High levels of self-motivation, curiosity, and creativity and can work productively in a rapidly changing environment.• High attention to detail, with excellent proofreading skills.This description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties, and requirements for employees in this position.
