Job DescriptionA partner of Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in the Sunrise, FL area. This candidate should be a creative, proactive and outside the box thinker who is passionate about community engagement and brand awareness. They will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the development of marketing strategies, branding programs, and community outreach for the organization. The role supports Senior Leadership, Regional Directors, Area Directors, and store management while communicating and implementing the companys strategy. The role has direct oversight of all internal and external communications, including direct communication with the Franchisee Corporate partners and social media channels. This role will require travel 40% of the time within the state of Florida.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
