As a force for L’Oréal’s innovation, CDMO delivers the best consumer experiences, drives new marketing models, and spearheads new digital capabilities to futureproof the group’s business.Job Details:The Director- Entertainment Marketing will lead strategic partnerships and content integration opportunities for L’Oreal brands across entertainment, sports and music. This candidate will help create and lead the strategic vision, management, and activation of L’Oreal’s entertainment practice and play a pivotal role in unlocking new programs , campaigns , and co-marketing opportunities across industries. In partnership with CDMO, Divisional and Brand stakeholders, this candidate will help create and scale new opportunities and focus on partnership management, tentpole /campaign activation , and industry connectivity. This candidate will be a key driver of cultural fluency within the organization - must have a true passion and understanding of the entertainment ecosystem.What You Will Do:+ Develop a vision and framework for brands to execute culturally relevant partnerships and campaigns adjacent to beauty+ Oversee talent and partner outreach and negotiation ; guide L’Oreal ’ s entry to new partners and platforms across entertainment, sports and music+ S erv e as a point of contact for talent, agencies, platform and production partners and help facilitate the workflow across teams / stakeholders+ Work with brands to help execute content partnerships+ Maintain expert understanding of the entertainment landscape , industry trends and pop-culture ( including celebrities, athletes, musicians, personalities, experts, tentpole cultural moments and events, etc. )+ Leverage relevant industry trends to develop strategic recommendations, programs and/or campaigns for L’Oreal brands+ Track L’Oreal brand activations and share best practices / learnings across the L ’Oreal community+ Vet and lead the implementation of entertainment pilots and work collaboratively to co-create new , creative opportunities for our brands+ Maintain strong relationships with talent agents, manager s and publicists and cultivate new relationships with external partners and creatorsWhat We Are Looking For:+ Bachelor’s degree in related field+ Must have a true passion and understanding of pop culture+ 10+ years of marketing, entertainment marketing, public relations, advertising agency or talent agency experience+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills+ Ability to synthesize trends and insights and translate them into partnership strateg ies+ Highly organized, detail-oriented and focused on projects from developing the vision and strategy to executing and evaluating the results+ Ability to interact and present to all levels of the organization, including top management+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a positive and team-oriented, collaborative approach+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel required .
