As Ridgeline's first Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead, you will help define Marketing's operational strategy through process, infrastructure, and analytics thereby driving company growth and raising the standards for our high-performing team. Our small and nimble marketing team is looking for an operations driver, not a passenger, to maintain significant ownership of the tools, system design, and reporting across the customer lifecycle as we enter a new stage of company growth. In addition, you will bring the strategic, commercial mindset of a Marketing generalist to the Go-to-Market organization. This is an opportunity to build from the ground up and have a significant impact on the course of our team charts going forward.

What will you do?Define the strategy for marketing operations, including analytics, technology, reporting, and optimizations.Process, analyze, and structure databases to inform successful campaign planning, lead generation tracking, channel expansion and optimization, and novel activations.Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to derive value-based insights for use in marketing collateral.Develop and maintain dashboards for key health metrics (e.g., acquisition, engagement) reporting to stakeholders on a regular cadence.Recommend, implement, and manage relevant outside vendors and martech.Help maintain privacy and data compliance throughout all Marketing operations.Desired Skills and Experience

5-7 years of experience conducting data analysis and providing strategic recommendations to marketing initiativesFluency with marketing analytics and tracking tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Paid Social platforms.Experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing large amounts of dynamic dataUnderstanding of enterprise software concepts and process including sales pipelines, Account Based Marketing, pre-salesExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to be a self-driven problem solverBonus :

Understanding of the investment management industryExperience at a high-growth B2B software companyExperience marketing a highly-technical productExperience owning SEO and SEM programsExperience optimizing for highly targeted lead generationGraduate degree in business, analytics, marketing, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

[For New York and California Based Only]

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $110,000 - $127,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
