In short, our Marketing Assistant and Operations teams aim to combine active listening skills and organizational processes to drive our departments toward their engagement and sales goals. Each Marketing Assistant gets equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

Promote products and services directly to consumersEstablish genuine relationships to determine consumer needs and provide product recommendations designed to satisfy those needsDirectly communicate services and products to customers to provide an exceptional customer experienceLead by example and eventually train entry-level Marketing Assistants on promotional strategiesProvide exceptional product and customer serviceManage in-field promotional marketing campaigns and close salesAssist in the development and implementation of the client's brand campaignsFurther brand education regularly through workshops, research, and seminarsShare best practices and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team Marketing Coordinator & Sales teamOur Skill Enhancement & Training Program Focuses on the Following Areas:

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Greater DC area. We are looking for candidates who are able to start immediately, so you must be local to the area.
