About the role:

You will collaborate and work closely across the marketing team to help organize and create campaigns that will drive meaningful impact across the business. These campaigns will focus on supporting demand gen efforts, thought leadership, product rollouts, and partner activations/success. You will be responsible for copywriting emails, landing pages, ads, and any other short form content needed to support the campaign role out. You'll also be project managing and coordinating the tasks required to get campaigns out to market quickly including getting message approval, coordinating all other stakeholder approvals including leadership sign off, cross functional communications on what's happening and when, maintaining project task tracking, coordinating meetings, and generally keeping the project on task.

You're an innovative, creative, organized strategist with a passion and enthusiasm for communications. You love diving into messaging and the key triggers that will get someone to take action. You have a passion for organization and understand that campaigns are a team effort and require many tasks to get a campaign off the ground successfully. You're a people person who enjoys collaborating, helping the team stay on track, and can successfully communicate to all parties what's happening and when so everyone can feel successful.

What you will be doing:Writing, editing, coordinating, managing, and communicating progress on multiple campaigns in developmentWriting and project management, then more writing and project managementBuild and maintain campaign project plans and oversee the day-to-day task executionCommunicate project overviews, progress, expectations, and timelines to key stakeholders in marketing and across the business in writing and verballyExecute kick off calls and be the lead on campaign organizationCollaborate with content, product marketing, and demand gen teams on campaign priorities and needsStrategize with cross functional business teams and marketing team to determine best campaign strategyEstablish executable timelines across a variety of campaign types and maintain an accurate calendarWork closely with content and serve as back-up editor to assist in editing, proofreading and improve content created by other team membersDevelop benchmarks, timelines, and mechanisms to measure successTrack key campaign metrics to inform learnings and improvementsWhat you bring:

Bachelor's degree - preferably Marketing, Communications, JournalismSuperb communication and people skillsExceptional ability to take product and solution messaging and turn it into copy that resonates with the intended audienceExcellent project management and organizational skillsMust be able to quickly establish relationship and trust across stakeholders and collaboratorsAbility to review/edit content with opinionAble to clearly communicate new ideas and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholdersProactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinkingExperience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat we offer you:

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
