The Cochlear America's consumer marketing team is not only responsible for driving a world class DTC program for its defined geography, but for also supporting global best in class practices by sharing leading DTC campaigns, best in class media practices, and tool kit development to name a few. As such the newly created position, Associate Manager - Consumer (DTC) Marketing. In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home.

Your success in this role is measured by supporting the co-development and execution of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and coordinate campaigns with marketing teams and managers and analyze results to optimize marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning, Business Development and Execution

Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and facilitate implementation of programs across multiple digital channels including SEM, display media, social media, mobile, email and other innovative media channels to drive demand across regions.

The key focus of this position will be to support and coordinate initiatives that increase demand and ensure consistency across geographies. An ability to identify opportunities and translate them into DTC marketing strategies and enable implementation. Coordinate forums to build, develop and scale campaigns with valued content that generate awareness and new demand among targeted audiences of consumers, loved ones and the public. Align with key stakeholders to prioritize projects that ensure business goals are met. These activities need to meaningfully contribute to growth and to overall business objectives. A passion for excellence in craft for DTC Marketing to develop innovative marketing strategies that differentiate the brand from competitors.

This role is highly cross-functional liaising with other functions across the organization both regionally and globally. As the CAM region will be the lead market for strategic and operational DTC initiatives, an enterprise mindset is essential to deliver the right outcomes for the region and global organization, acting as a role model to remove boundaries. It is essential to work in close partnership with global marketing DTC functions to ensure DTC is well positioned to deliver world class marketing capabilities, innovative delivery, and streamlined processes across the business. Highly effective marketing execution is a result of strong collaboration leading to clear brand positioning, and prioritization. As CAM's DTC and business contribution is highly impactful to the overall global results, ongoing close collaboration with key stakeholders is critical ies This translates into this role needing to support development of , playbooks, and ability to bring the outside in with external stimulation.

A key focus of the role will be to assist in the adaptation of marketing strategies to local needs and candidate behaviors, while maintaining brand consistency across different markets.

This role will be critical in assisting relevant market analysis, research & competitive intelligence combined with customer feedback will ensure the business is in the best position to act on current and future needs to grow the market ensuring consistency in metrics and reporting across different geographies. Required

University Graduate degree or Post graduate degree in science or commerce related fields.3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the hearing implant or hearing loss industry or healthcare sector.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong presentation presence required & demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to overcome problems and obstacles by owning them, actioning them and implementing alternative solutions. Pay Range in the United States: $80,000 - $85,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as 401(K) matching with immediate vesting, Paid Time Off, tuition reimbursement, maternity and paternity leave, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and pet insurance.
