JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an exceptional production designer with a strong background in brand, digital, print, and design production. The ideal candidate can take a concept and bring them to life in new and inspiring ways. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives in the space between design and organization. If you are a passionate creative thinker, have attention to detail, possess strong design production sensibilities, and are enthusiastic about transforming mobility and bringing a new brand to life, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
Design and update presentation decks for various teamsDesign event print assets, support and review production files and samplesCreate, revise, and maintain individual and large library of filesDesign marketing materials (digital and print) + contribute to production process (email headers, etc)Create and update design assets (mockups, copy, color, icons, etc)Develop design resources, toolkits and templatesSupport exploration of design componentsTroubleshoot issues with design filesConduct extensive design auditsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Visual Design or related field5 years+ experience at a creative agency or in-house design studioA solid portfolio of work demonstrating experience in design production, presentation design, a good eye for design, typography, conceptual thinking and layout design.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teamsExtremely detail-oriented and quality-drivenExperience working on design systems, toolkit development and production ready contentAdvanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Advanced proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, Keynote, Powerpoint)The ideal candidate:
