What we're hiring for:

The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role by developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans, creating compelling product messaging, and enabling our sales teams with effective tools and training. By leveraging their deep understanding of payments and financial technology, customer insights, and our competitors, they will be instrumental in launching new products, optimizing existing offerings, and ensuring our solutions stand out in a competitive global marketplace.

What you'll be responsible for in this role:Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning, customer needs and corresponding marketing strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, with focus on marketing activities to drive awareness and end-to-end front-line enablement to convert leadsCreate compelling product positioning and maintain product messaging frameworks, value propositions, and key selling points.Develop sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and training materials, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.Conduct training sessions to educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and positioning.Plan and manage product launch marketing activities, including coordinating cross-functional teams, creating marketing launch plans, and ensuring timely execution.What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business goals and drive product success in the market.Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the banking and payment industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Content Creation: Expertise in developing high-quality marketing and sales enablement content that resonates with target audiences and supports product positioning.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to gather and utilize customer insights to drive product marketing strategies and improvements.Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.What makes a successful E6er?
