In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced data engineering solutions that support our Marketing, Digital, and Customer Insight teams.You will act as a subject matter expert on customer data and analytics platforms, helping to guide our organization towards data-driven decision-making.Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing a Customer Data Platform tailored to company needs, including building robust data pipelines within CDP/BigQuery, seamless integrations with activation and personalization platforms, Automate/build analytics pipelines, and implementing efficient DataOps practices in GCP/BQ cloud environments.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing operations, Developers, Enterprise Architects, Data analysts, and subject matter experts, to identify data needs and develop scalable solutions that enable personalized marketing and Analytics initiatives at scale.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-visibility projects, shape the future of our data infrastructure, and have a significant impact on our marketing strategies and customer engagement efforts. Provide Customer data platform solutions and build pipelines for data Ingestion, identity resolution, and Integrations with activation/personalization platforms and Data warehouse.Identify data needs from broad partners and develop an efficient and scalable data solution to enable Activations, personalization, and Analytics at scale.Data Engineering responsibilities for designing and building data pipelines using technology stacks such as Kafka, Kafka Producers and Consumers, SQL, and Java/python.Contribute to establishing and growing Data Engineering designs, best practices, and standards for the enterprise.Partner with Business Analysts and Application developers across various functional areas within the enterprise such as customer Marketing, Customer Analytics, Store Systems, Merchandising, Digital, etc. to design and deliver scalable data engineering solutions.Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications!Provide expertise and recommend solutions to complex data engineering requirements and technical issues.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and options for data engineering and data management!bility to manage tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.ct as a Data Engineering Technology Subject Matter Expert by proactively acquiring knowledge as it relates to technology changes and advancements, conducting POCs, develop prototypes and reusable frameworks.ct as senior personnel by coaching, and mentoring Data Engineers and be the technology Expert for Data Engineering function as appropriate.Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules.Responsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assigned.Skills & Qualification:

6+ years of solid experience in Data Engineering, Application Integrations, and Integrating with Cloud Data Platforms6+ years of Experience developing Data Engineering solutions using various design patterns such as Batch and Streaming ETL, Integrating with Message Queues & Topics, Developing Producers and Consumers, and Integrating with APIsny CDP experience such as Treasure data, ActionIQ, Bloomreach, Tealium, Segment, Adobe, or similar composable/hybrid implementation experienceExperience in designing solutions geared toward targeted customer interaction and a general understanding of a wide variety of marketing data/technology platforms including Content management platforms, personalization platforms, CRM platforms, Experience management software, Email marketing tools, E-commerce, Mobile tracking software (preferred but not required)Understanding of data privacy regulationst least 4+ years of Experience in SQL, Java/Python programming, and shell scriptingny Workflow scheduler experience; UC4 preferred.knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks such as Kafka is preferred.Experience working in a Datawarehouse environment as well as knowledge of Datawarehouse Modelling concepts is required.Skills:
