Krimson Klover, a women's premium apparel brand based in Boulder, CO is looking for a Digital Brand Marketing Manager to join our team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts who strive to bring performance, comfort, sustainability, and style to everyday adventures. As we expand, this new role will have an exciting opportunity to manage strategies and digital assets to elevate brand and support revenue growth across all channels - including wholesale, International, and e-commerce, with a heavy focus on direct-to-consumer and digital marketing to drive overall brand awareness.The ideal candidate is digital-savvy and a proven manager with the ability to propose and implement strategies, manage projects, customize processes, execute campaigns, and analyze and report results. The position will be highly influential in sales/product forecasting, content, sales strategy, and revenue results of Krimson Klover's e-comm selling channel. This Digital Brand Marketing Manager will report to the brand Founder and frequently collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional departments.An integral part of our passionate and entrepreneurial team, this role will be the point person for Digital Agency partners. It will be essential to display a curious mindset and desire for continuous learning and improvement, effectively communicate brand story telling across departments and channels, have a collaborative work style, and flex to changing market dynamics. Demonstrated experience and results in direct-to-consumer e-commerce is required, experience within the specialty outdoor and ski industry and/or women's apparel is a plus. Market awareness and ability to manage the seasonality of our industry/apparel will be applicable.ResponsibilitiesKnow our brand and effectively bring it to life with creativity: deep understanding of KK brand values and who our consumer is. Ensure that each season our digital asset creation and utilization reflects our brand POV and strategy.Be highly involved in overall brand marketing strategy and budget that includes wholesale, International, and D2C e-commerce, with key emphasis and direct responsibility of e-comm and Digital channelsDevelop, manage, and own the execution of the annual marketing calendarOptimize the effectiveness of digital advertising, social media, website sales, customer engagement methods, channel costs, and financial results by conducting ongoing analysis and evaluationEngage in and support company-wide brand projects (sales meetings/events/ warehouse sales, etc.), communicating timelines and progress to leadership and ensuring team members are working at a sustainable capacity/workloadManage Freelancers/Contractors/Vendors inclusive of photography, web development, print collateral and fixture production, digital marketing, and other needs as requiredProject management of seasonal and campaign photoshoots for product, studio, and lifestyle photography needsCultivate effective and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about project timelines, measurement of marketing performance, and financial investmentsEncourage brand culture and a collaborative mindset - work to provide opportunities for growth and ensure team is working efficiently and collaborativelySkills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field requiredMinimum 5+ years of successful leadership experience building a multi-channel brand - experience with apparel a strong plusProven track record of brand development including an emphasis on D2C e-commerce digital strategy experienceDemonstrated project management experience, building marketing processes, and managing as well as executing campaignsExperience in recruiting and managing brand ambassadors, team athletes, and social media content contributorsTech-savvy with experience in: Shopify, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Amazon Seller Central, DropBox, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms including Klaviyo, Loop, and othersThis role is a full-time position based in Boulder, Colorado with hybrid work hours in Krimson Klover offices (this role is not remote).
