The Role

Aisera is looking for an innovative, creative, and passionate Events Marketing Manager to be responsible for spearheading Aisera's event marketing strategy, including but not limited to: trade show planning and attendance, securing speaking opportunities and representing Aisera at industry events. You will own and manage the day-to-day KPIs, reporting, and target funnel activities to maximize pipeline generation and conversions. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, highly collaborative, and a successful track record of organizing attendance at trade shows and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics.

What You'll Do:

Spearhead Aisera's event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendanceOwn and develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generationNegotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale eventsDrive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through onsite activations and support of the sales teamCreate and develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs at scale across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner eventsAnalyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metricsInteract with key decision makers and account-holdersResponsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear downWhat You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing preferred2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablementProven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reportingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience partnering with an enterprise sales teamDemonstrable proficiency in SFDC, Marketo, Google Analytics, and website authoring tools (e.g., WordPress)Strong organizational skills: This would include excellent project management skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at onceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency of G-Suite (Docs, Sheets and Sheets) and Office 365Being based in the Bay Area with the ability to travel into our office is a plusTravel Requirements:

This role will involve 25-50% domestic travel requiredWork arrangement will be Hybrid, with the expectation of working out of our Palo Alto office 2x a weekBenefits:
