Job Description

For our Orthopedics vertical we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for the North American market ideally based in the Chicago, IL area. You will be part of a motivated team developing and marketing software-based solutions in the field of orthopedic surgery. Your focus is on discovering and understanding new business opportunities, driving product adoption in the market, and providing meaningful customer feedback to R&D. You are the lead in early-adopter sales projects and work closely with sales colleagues to develop shared sales strategies and techniques. Your contribution has an impact on how orthopedic healthcare is provided in North America.Continuously monitor and analyze the orthopedic surgery market in the US with the regional sales teamSupport TraumaCad expanding into wider orthopedic applications as the portfolio evolves.Develop and discuss a product-line specific marketing plan based on market analysis and feedbackAnalyze, plan and develop existing / implement new sales channels, sales models and key accountsDesign and execute campaigns / launches as determined in the marketing planHelp with strategic selling by designing sales programs, hospital targeting (national accounts, key accounts)Analyze and monitor sales forecasts, project pipeline and historical installed base, as well as financials such as revenue, forecasts, profitabilityProvide consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and IT personnel before surgery, in particular with regards to integrating our solutions with their PACS and EMR systemsDevelop and implement reference site programs (for visitation and clinical cooperation)Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders; formalize consulting agreementsIdentify and drive clinical research initiatives at reference sites and with Key Opinion LeadersInterfaces: VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Regional Sales Directors, Area Account Managers (all based in the US); Product Manager, Marketing Manager, R&D (all based in Israel)Willingness to travel 50% of the time in the US and Canada, and up to 10% international travelQualifications

In total, more than 5 years working experience, with minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing (product management, regional marketing, and/or strategic marketing) or sales in the orthopedic surgery marketIdeally, the candidate has formal marketing education with a minimum of a Bachelor's degreeUnderstanding of software products, their complexity, usability and integration with other software packagesStrong business acumen and savvy, utilized best when pro-actively identifying specific marketing needs and implementing a solutionExperience working with PACS, EHR, Healthcare IT, Radiology, Orthopedic Templating, and/or Cloud Computing preferredExperience interacting with Hospital IT personnel, Hospital Administrators, Quality Managers, and Orthopedic Clinical Specialties preferredSuperior presentation skills, in both large audience and small group or one-on-one settingsExcellent oral and written communication skillsThis role can be based in any city in the United States with access to a major airport, ideally Chicago.
