Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a motivated and data-driven Product Marketing Manager to drive Go-To-Market for our core Travel product, loved by more than 10,000 customers around the world.

In this role, your job is to be an expert on our buyers, users, our product and our value proposition. As the connective tissue between our product, marketing and sales teams, you will define our travel market narrative, product positioning, messaging and target audiences.

Ultimately, your job is to build and run a high-performing product marketing motion, focusing largely on three key areas: (1) defining a narrative around our Travel product, (2) enabling our go-to-market teams to add value, and (3) expanding into new offerings or new verticals.

Simply put, you will help us understand our customers and tell our story to them, working with PR, Demand, and/or Growth to reach them authentically and compellingly.

What You'll Do:

Own our messaging and positioning for our core Travel product, and define our segment-level messagingOwn key product marketing initiatives, including development of messaging, enablement assets, competitive analysis, and large cross-functional and global product launchesWork with Brand to refine our Travel narrative/value story and create supporting assets that empower our field teams to tell our story with conviction and proactively address the competitive landscapeLead continued efforts to define our target audiences and ideal customer profiles - what do they care about and what drives them to buy and renewMentor and work cross-functionally with a global team of high-performing PMMsBuild out our library of enablement assets, arming teams with tools that speed up sales cycles, drive bigger deals, and reliable retention ratesEnsure that our messaging and positioning are represented accurately across GTM activities, events, websites, pitch decks, and all enablementPartner closely with the Product team, helping to shape the roadmap through competitive insight, product positioning, and execution of key launches that will accelerate our growth, drive user delight, and increase brand awareness with cutting-edge product launchesBe a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally, developing a deep understanding of market needs and trends, and how we should position ourselvesCollaborate with your partners on the marketing team to develop campaigns that carry product messages to market (e.g., webinars, digital, live events, videos) to generate pipeline and customer adoptionWhat We're Looking For:

5+ years in product marketing, with a strong preference for experience in corporate travel techPrior management experience and a track record of successfully leading teamsStrong communication, PowerPoint, and writing skillsKeen understanding of press positioningExceptional team player with effective problem-solving skillsCreative thinker who independently generates and executes on innovative ideasEstablished ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidanceOrganizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectivelyProven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership contentA major plus if you have a background in travel or travel tech, or B2B SaaS

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
