Job Title: Interaction Designer
Duration: 06 Months with high possibility of extension
Location: 100% Remote - (The client location - 4800 Deerwood Campus Parkway, Building 100, Jacksonville, Florida 32246)

They should be able to work under minimal supervision on concurrent projects, while contributing to the larger team. Enjoy a strong collaborative community working closely with designers, product managers, devs, and other stakeholders within our company.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.Constructs compelling artifacts (experience strategies, wireframes, prototypes, conceptual diagrams, task flows storyboards, etc.) outlining present conditions and proposed solutions to gain strategic alignment and encourage innovation within and across the organization.Work with designers to create realistic prototypes for internal evaluation, user testing, and cross-functional feedback.Collaborate with business transformation and IT to perform tech audits in order to determine solution feasibility.Conceive and model user interface prototypes based on collected customer requirements, use cases, and business objectives.Design workflows that work on multiple devices and platforms including native apps, mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces.Designing UX that supports customers' goals and behaviors.Advocating concepts and ideas from the customers' perspective among stakeholders.

Additional Required Qualifications:
At least 4 years of related experience with a digital portfolio demonstrating proficiency in human centered design principles and methodologiesExperience working with an innovative, creative team/organization where you iterated your designs and solutions efficiently.Ability to explore and solve complex user experience and interaction design problems, developing smart solutions for various platforms & formats, including mobile applications.Proactively document design processes, decisions, and user research findings in an organized and accessible mannerAbility to present and lead design discovery and design thinking exercises to collaboratively solve complex design challenges.Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions, and closely collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver optimal design outcomes.Passionate about all things UX/UI/CX design, with the ability to showcase knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologiesExperience utilizing an existing design system library to ensure consistency and efficiency across all productsStrong experience with Figma, and other design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, After Effects, etc.), for prototyping, web design.Must be knowledgeable of Javascript, HTML, and CSS.Experience within the healthcare industry is preferrable
