Interior Designer/ Sales Associate

This part-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about interior design, space planning, and home furnishings. The role requires proficiency in customer interaction and assistance within a furniture retail sales setting, coupled with substantial experience in interior design or the home furnishing industry. A background working in a professional environment, alongside an adept understanding of the home furnishings sector and spatial dynamics of interior spaces, are critical assets for this role. Flexible scheduling options are available; however, weekend availability is required.ResponsibilitiesHelping clients navigate selecting and purchasing of new home furnishingsMeet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desiresCommunicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needsOpening and closing the retail showroomCreate quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followedTrain and understand knowledge of our extensive list of manufacturers and productsQualifications2- 3 year experience in sales and design. Preferably furniture sales and interior designStrong creative and communication skills
