The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.The Senior Analyst, Go To Market will join the Cross-Channel Strategy Team, designed to articulate, build, and bring to market best-in-class cross-channel marketing strategies to accelerate efficient revenue growth and drive customer loyalty. The Senior Analyst will serve as a trusted partner to product teams and marketing teams, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for New Product Launches and other strategic x-channel or x-product initiatives. This role will require close collaboration with a variety of Enterprise teams, including Product, Prospect and Customer Growth Marketing, Offer Strategy, Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. Recently, this team led the creation and execution of the Consumer Marketing Go To Market Strategy for the Hilton 2023 and Delta 2024 portfolio refreshes.**Key Responsibilities**+ **Marketing Planning & Analysis** : Partner with product and brand teams to assess market trends, customer research and insights, map evolving product positioning and support capabilities development to deliver impactful marketing+ **Marketing Plan Development** : Collaborate with product, marketing strategy, brand, marketing channel and MET teams to build effective go-to-market strategies which align with initiative goals and facilitate implementation across Prospect & Customer Growth channels+ **Partner Communications** : Manager internal communications to enable greater speed and agility and improve marketer and broader working team experience. Serve as the point for cross-marketing updates, creative reviews, critical issues and project updates at all levels+ **Marketing Activation** : Support your immediate and cross-functional teams to deliver launches on time and jump in when custom needs and roadblocks arise+ **Team Documentation** : Manage and support internal team processes and resources such as playbooks, operating models and channel guides.**Qualifications**+ Strategic and creative problem solver who can support building and implementing plans from the ground up, including analytics, research, creative, capabilities, and metrics+ Natural standout colleague who can deliver results resourcefully in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment+ Fast learner and strong attention to details to deliver innovative ideas and solutions and provide value to partners+ Project management and organization skills to effectively manage and drive multiple initiatives across different work streams simultaneously, along with diligent documentation+ Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with conviction to a variety of partners at all levels and influence outcomes+ Ambition to make an impact in a fast-moving, multifaceted, growth environment and operate fluidly between strategy and execution to deliver flawlessly.**Qualifications**Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
