Together, we are a dedicated and passionate team, united by our vision to shape the future of work, position HP as a thought leader in hybrid work, and deliver value to our customers and partners.**About the Role:**The Demand Generation Campaign Manager will deliver best-in-class digital experiences for our customers by leveraging customer and market insights to create personalized online strategies that enhance satisfaction and drive growth.As a key member of our Hybrid Systems marketing team, you will oversee the end-to-end experience across our marketing and communications channels and activations, continually improving the customer journey to make it more useful, accessible, and effective.Reporting directly to the Director of Global Demand Generation for Hybrid Systems, you will develop targeted campaigns for key audiences and segments, partnering closely with central marketing teams and field marketers.**What You Get To Do:**Campaign Strategy Development+ Understand business objectives and optimize marketing strategy with clear goals aligned to key digital platforms.+ Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to identify opportunities for compelling programs and campaigns.+ Map and assess the customer lifecycle and digital experience to ensure impactful interactions across the buying journey.+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive demand generation programs that align with Hybrid System's goals and target market segments.+ Identify campaign objectives, target audience personas, messaging frameworks, and KPIs for demand generation programs.​Campaign Execution and Management+ Direct and supervise the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, from thought leadership to consideration content, and traffic & conversion tactics, in collaboration with the HS content marketing team, media team, and field marketers.+ Provide guidance and support to regional and field marketing teams for localized campaign execution, and when appropriate, lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, social media, events, webinars, and content marketing.+ Integrate SEO and SEM as core components of the digital strategy, managing overall performance, goals, and user experience.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize campaigns, and create impact.Content Development and Messaging+ Collaborate with HS teams, designers, external agencies, and marketing experts to develop compelling campaign content and ensure alignment of messaging and tactics.+ Leverage and extend clear and concise messaging that resonates with target audiences and communicates HS's value proposition across all marketing channels and markets.+ Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and materials in local languages.Campaign Reporting and Analysis+ Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, meetings held, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution.+ Ensure proper tracking of campaign results, integrating tools like JumpIds, BMT IDs, ELQ, and MTA.+ Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned, providing insights to optimize marketing initiatives.+ Explore innovative ways to drive brand and demand for HP products beyond paid social media, integrating AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.**What You Bring**+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.+ 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and demand generation.+ Expertise and knowledge in the online space, including trends and technologies, with experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).+ Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with the ability to develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns that drive engagement and conversions among key accounts.+ Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including experience analyzing data from third-party providers such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Insights, Eloqua, LinkedIn, etc.+ Excellent interpersonal skills;
