DescriptionWondery is looking for a Branded Content Lead to support our rapidly growing business, reporting to the Head of the Creative Ad Studio. This role will be responsible for high-touch branded content activations by supporting the development of 360-sponsorship materials and leading project management of advertising campaigns that involve video, social, and live events. The Branded Content Lead will work closely with the creative strategy and ad production arms of the studio to bring these activations to life.Key job responsibilities• Become an authority on Wondery’s core shows, including the hosts and subject matter• Provide creative thought starters and production budgets for high-touch proposals that include video, social and live events• Work collaboratively across sales sponsorships, content, marketing, franchise, legal, finance and talent management to ensure all proposals are thoroughly vetted for execution and talent considerations are managed with internal stakeholders and advertising customers• Serve as the video and social subject matter expert for the creative studio• Manage and direct talent, and produce video content with product placement• Leverage your network of freelancers and production partners to execute campaigns that deliver against customer KPIs• Partner with Wondery’s marketing team to deliver social elements for custom campaigns, providing a strategic point of view on what will perform and how to maximize impact and reach• Serve as the client-facing project management lead for live events; work with advertising clients to bring custom executions with brand integration and live content capture to life• Send RFPs to production partners for live events and oversee all aspects of pre-production, activation, and final deliveryA day in the lifeThe ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Wondery brand, its shows, and hosts, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across various internal and external teams to deliver successful branded content campaigns.About the teamWondery, an Amazon company, is a premium podcast studio known for character-driven, binge-worthy stories including Dr. Death, British Scandal, Even the Rich and Business Wars, and distribution of hit partner shows Mr. Ballen, Morbid and How I Built This. With Wondery+, fans experience early access, exclusive episodes, and ad-free listening. om/Basic Qualifications- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience across social platforms- Podcast, social, video, audio and/or live event experiencePreferred Qualifications- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives- Experience managing and booking production crews for a variety of creative needsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
