Our team is tasked with making it easy for prospective and current advertisers to increase visibility of their products and services, which also helps Amazon customers discover more selection—a win-win!As part of our growing US SMB Marketing team, we are looking for a Sr. Partnership Mktg Lead who is passionate about helping small businesses succeed on Amazon. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and measurement of co-marketing initiatives between Stores and Ads organizations in the US. You will be responsible for aligning business priorities and goals with Stores leaders, researching customer barriers and designing solutions for high value cohorts, driving integrated messaging in scaled channels, and measuring the impact of your initiatives. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator and collaborator who can earn trust with key leaders and stakeholders across multiple teams. You are results-oriented and have a relentless focus on using customer data and insights to deliver bar-raising experiences.Key job responsibilities- Research: Perform data analysis and customer research to uncover business opportunities- Strategy development: formulate marketing and sales strategies and roadmaps aligned with business opportunities; align your vision with leaders and partners- Roadmap implementation: Develop marketing content, lead sales enablement and trainings, build SOPs, and partner with relevant stakeholders to implement the roadmap- Reporting: identify success metrics, measure the impact of your initiatives, gather feedback, and leverage insights to improve go-forward strategiesAbout the teamThe SMB Marketing team serves sales-unmanaged active advertisers with the mission to grow Amazon Ads awareness and consideration among small and medium-sized businesses and drive demand for the self service channel.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines- 8+ years of experience in marketing, retail, or related fieldsPreferred Qualifications- Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executionsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
