DescriptionPrime Video finance is looking for a Finance Manager to partner with Finance, Strategy, and Analytics teams to drive better understanding and optimization of content (TV/film) investments across Prime Video’s key international markets. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is passionate about the streaming video industry and looking for a challenge in a high-growth, new business environment. The successful candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools (Excel, SQL), and can partner with finance and business leaders to deep-dive complex business problems to deliver actionable insights. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with strong data gathering and analytical skills.Key job responsibilities· Enhance controllership mechanisms around P&L and balance sheet, driving learnings around spend variances to plan and forecasting· Analyze ROI of different content programs to optimize investments globally· Partner with Analytics teams to expand and scale our core data platforms and investment appraisal toolkitBasic Qualifications- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-makingPreferred Qualifications- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
