CREATIVE DIRECTORLocation: RemoteSalary:No H1B, Sponsorship or C2C__________________ROLE OVERVIEWAs the Creative Director at COMPANY, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user

experience (UX/UI) of our suite of sports technology products and mobile apps. You will lead a talented

team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and

deliver compelling, user-centric design solutions. Your expertise in visual design, UX/UI principles, and

leadership will be instrumental in enhancing user engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and achieving strategic business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the visual design and user experience (UX/UI) of the entire product suite, ensuringconsistency, usability, and alignment with brand standards and user needs.Develop and implement creative strategies and design concepts that enhance userengagement, differentiate products in the sports tech market, and support business objectives.Direct and manage design projects from concept through execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing.Maintain high standards of creative excellence and innovation across all design deliverables,continuously improving and evolving the user interface and experience.Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuringintuitive and seamless user experiences across platforms.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborativeenvironment that promotes professional growth and skill development.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, align design solutions with strategic goals, and advocate for user-centered design principles.Oversee design budgets, timelines, and resources effectively, ensuring efficient project delivery while maintaining creative quality and meeting business objectives.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI designand sports technology, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience 7+ years) in visual design, UX/UI design, or related roles, with a portfolioshowcasing successful projects and innovative designs in sports technology or a related industry.A passion for sports or sports-related technology is a plus, with a deep understanding of thesports industry and its unique design challenges.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools, as well as a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team, set design direction, and drivecollaboration across departments to achieve business goals.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, rationale, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into compelling visual andinteractive experiences that resonate with users and align with business objectives.Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on iterative designprocesses and rapid prototyping.Excellent time-management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
