You will play a pivotal role in achieving company goals by developing, maintaining, and enhancing engineering processes to meet regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. Building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders will also be key to your success.What You Will Do: Lead and mentor design engineering teams to deliver high-quality products within budget and on schedule. Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet project objectives. Identify and mitigate risks to business objectives, presenting solutions to management. Ensure effective project management practices, including planning, critical path management, and risk mitigation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product development cycles.
