Responsibilities include managing the maintenance and repair of communication systems such as Penta PMx (IP-Based Digital Communications System) and Penta PCx (Analog Communication Control System); coordinating and monitoring repairs with internal and external customers to ensure reliable operation of all Radio and Security Systems; overseeing security assets and maintaining communication rooms in the system.
