We want to build something with the potential to change the heart of our industry, and we'd love to include your unique perspective.About the roleThe Sr. Program Strategy Manager, Retail Marketing is a key role supporting one of our largest tech clients by driving traffic and sales through retail partners. In this role, you will partner with our client teams to lead the planning, creative development process, and performance tracking for channel initiatives across top retailers, managing communications, costs, and project timelines through the process. Working closely with our client's Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, and Partners, this person will develop and design innovative retail concepts focused on driving demand with our retail partners globally. This person will need to be skilled in online retail best practices, collaborating and negotiating media engagements, and the ability to project management initiatives from inception to final execution.

Candidates for this role will be expected to work West Coast Hours (PST), and travel only when needed. Strong English (written and verbal) required.

The day-to-day

Develop annual retail marketing plans and initiatives to drive awareness, consideration and purchase of consumer electronics devicesBrief and manage external agencies in the development of online campaigns and assets around product launches, seasonality, and key initiativesWork with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create and launch online media campaigns and deliverables, managing all timelines and approvals such as media plans, landing pages, product marketing videos, banners and emailsSupport negotiation for media placements and retail agreements to drive awareness and sales for consumer electronicsDevelop and present performance reports for retail campaigns to show ROI for each initiative (based on approved KPIs), highlighting learnings and future opportunitiesJuggle multiple retailer guidelines, timelines, and relationships to bring projects from concept to executionManage internal and external approvals across team for all campaigns, budget allocations, and assetsCollaborate with global brand, product, and go-to-market teams to create a consistent brand aesthetic in all markets.Regularly meet with external retail partner teams to collaborate and coordinate marketing support and prioritiesProficient with Google Workspace products preferred.Applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged. Who we're looking for

BA/BS Degree in Marketing or a related field8+ years developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, preferably for tech or consumer electronics-related brands. Experience at a big box retailer, or working in a retail marketing or visual merchandising role is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work independently, run with ambiguity, and thrive with challenges.Experience at an agency or working with agencies to develop creative campaigns supporting retail initiativesAbility to work cross-functionally to plan and execute multiple projectsExperience identifying primary target audiences and developing media initiatives with big box retailersStrong project management skills and the ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional G-Suite apps knowledge including experience with digital campaign data analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience training & enabling retail marketing partners
