Interior Design Office AssistantThis part-time position offers an exciting entry point into the residential interior design profession. You will work alongside our San Rafael-based design team to provide support in all phases of the design process including sample library organization and design presentation development. You’ll gain insight into client relationships by assisting with project site visits and client consultations within the studio. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, highly organized and experienced professional communicators with an interest and eye for detail.Responsibilities include:Assist with office administration tasks (order office supplies, shipments and returns)Take site measurements and assist with floor-plan draftingUnpack, inspect and record ordersOrganize library and client samplesAssist with deliveries, photoshoots, and installationsRequirements:Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Google Suite, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, ZoomA valid drivers license, car and phone
