Sales Bizlab iswe are is seeking a creative and proactive Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. Monday to Friday

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals.
  • Conduct research on social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media events and promotions.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and professional growth.
