Job Description
Well established children’s fashion company seeking a Sales / Executive Assistant with Walmart experience to work closely with and support the account executive.
Our ideal candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have solid organizational & prioritization skills. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include-
Participating in the entire order process; including initial designs, commitments, overseas booking requests, order processing, monitoring production, order shipping and delivery cycle.
Interacting with buyers.
Consistent follow-up.
Working & coordinating with the production and product development teams.
Keeping detailed accounts & status reports.
Identifying where there are issues with meeting customer deliveries, needing extensions, etc.
Assist with meeting preparation, participating in meetings, and note-taking.
Partner with sales executive on all aspects of order analysis.
