Applications will be accepted up to 90 days after the posting date, or until the position is filled (whichever is first).**Job Summary**The Relationship Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for managing email, SMS, push and direct mail marketing campaigns. They work within the Relationship Marketing team to maximize revenue opportunities using guest data, best practices and innovative strategies. In this role, one will use their current knowledge of marketing in direct channels and best practices to support our overall marketing initiatives. They will provide strategic approaches on targeting, deployment times, campaign delivery and more. They will also be responsible for stakeholder management, cross-functional relationships and day-to-day campaign delivery.**Job Responsibilities**+ Oversee and ensure on-time delivery of multiple marketing campaigns at once including email, SMS, push and direct mail.+ Manage and/or participate in the end-to-end process for all Relationship Marketing campaigns including strategy design, planning, targeting, requirements gathering and writing, campaign delivery and reporting.+ Collaborate with project managers to set and keep dates accurate for all owned campaigns including creating work back plans, mitigating campaign risk and ensuring an on-time delivery.+ Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on campaign strategy, scheduling, targeting, mailing issues, procedures, and expectation setting.+ Analyze metrics and insights from campaigns delivered to provide recaps and recommendations on future campaigns to ensure the continuous improvement of our marketing programs.+ Work in a group to help curate and design GTM strategies.+ Brings original ideas to strategy and tactical working sessions to help improve campaign process, guest retention and engagement as well as channel KPIs.+ Champion continuous advancement of our features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, best practices and template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and deliver continuous improvements to our channel programs.+ Work with and fully manage partnerships with external vendors as needed to ensure health of channel infrastructure and to meet needs of business partners.+ Provide creative feedback and direction based on channel best practices, staying up to date on best-in-class industry examples.**Required Qualifications**+ 3-5+ years of email, digital and/or mobile marketing experience, including experience in campaign execution, strategy development, project management, analytics, reporting and optimization.+ Strong project management skills.+ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering results and meeting tight deadlines.+ Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple projects at once.+ Knowledge of best practices for email and/or mobile marketing creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies.+ Ability to learn technical/analytics systems and in-house tools quickly.+ Understands basic compliance concepts like CAN-SPAM, CASL and TCPA.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience working with marketing databases, email service platforms and/or campaign management tools.+ Knowledge and experience using analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar tools.+ Experience working with IT and development teams.+ Experience working in scrum process.+ Bachelor's or associate’s degree or comparable experience.The expected Total Compensation for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
