Lead strategic program development to increase engagement through execution. Serves as marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Manages team which may include exempt. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of, departmental budget.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities+ HQ and Cross Division partnership on strategic alignment across programs along with Regional Marketing Directors+ Proactive strategic approach across referral programs such as but not limited to Customer Referrals, Inner Circle, Business Advantage, and Authorized Connectors.+ Development of an annual calendar in alignment with the broader Go to Market strategy+ Cross Xfinity referral/loyalty programs (Xfinity Rewards, etc.) alignment+ Development and driving Reporting & Communications to drive consistency+ Manager to Lead Specialist(s) & Develop centralized Regional Lead Que process+ Development of Regional Playbook Strategy and Best Practices to drive program engagement+ Supports key initiatives such as Comcast Business Mobile, Expansion Areas, & Effectv and delivers a consistent playbook for execution alignment.+ Tracks and manages marketing expenses to ensure that they are within budget parameters.+ Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.+ Translates business needs into analysis designs, providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.+ Develops and maintains demographic and other market data to support marketing goals.+ Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.+ Analyzes subscriber numbers, packages, and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.+ Develop financial models for packaging and pricing design to ensure a competitive position in the market.+ Creates reporting to measure the success of marketing programs.+ Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, and reports.+ Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.+ Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
