UX Production Designer (UX / Figma)_

Interactive UX Prototyping experience in Figma.Disqualifiers:Production graphic designDescription:UX Production DesignerOur client's team is responsible for brand strategy and creative services that support the Digital Stores marketing organization. Our work touches all storefronts across web.com, E-Commerce pages, and the app experiences on console.We are looking to hire a hands-on UX Production Designer to execute on established designs to create comps for similar scenarios, other viewports, and creating interactive prototypes. Must have experience working in a fast-paced production role/environment. You will work with design leads, UX designers, PMs, and Copywriters to keep informed of plans, changes, deadlines, progress, and decisions.Displays a passion for learning and growing and love a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Job Responsibilities• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions & reviews• Creating design comps in Figma (high production) to support page designs and layouts• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to support design ideas.• Time and workload management in order to balance multiple requests per day / week• Clear and collaborative oral and written communication• Consistent responsiveness to requests from internal and external peersMust have• Advanced knowledge of Figma – strong experience with Figma’s conditions and variables functions.• Experience on a design/production team.• Fierce attention to detail.• Be comfortable with a very process heavy environment.• Ability to manage workload and bandwidth.• Ongoing curiosity, participation, and ability to ask questions when direction isn’t clear• Extensive experience and portfolio that reflects work with product photography & renders that shows understanding of space, perspective, light, shadows.• Experience designing for responsive viewports (mobile, tablet, desktop).About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
